The calçotada
The calçotada is a festive meal rather than product also comes with more typical Valleys designation of origin, Calçot. The calçotada held in February. It is grilled and barbecued onions roasted adorned with a slightly spicy sauce called salvitxada.
Romesco
The Romesco sauce is a native of Camp in tomato, onion, olive oil, pepper, pepper good, salt, bay leaf, thyme, fennel and oregano.
Menjablanc
The dish is Manjar blanco de The Manjar blanco is made with milk, almond milk, starch, sugar and cinnamon. Carnival is a typical dish (on Maundy Thursday) and can be eaten throughout Lent.
